These terms cover photography bookings with VCEVfoto. They're written to be fair and clear — if anything's unclear, just ask before you book.
A booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit is paid and you've agreed to these terms. Until then, dates aren't held. Deposits are paid securely through Stripe via a link I send you.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they hold your date and turn away other enquiries. If I have to cancel for a reason within my control, your deposit is refunded in full.
You can reschedule once, subject to availability, if you give reasonable notice. Your deposit carries over to the new date. Rescheduling at short notice may not be possible if the date is already committed elsewhere.
In the rare event illness, accident or events beyond my control prevent me attending, I'll try to arrange a trusted replacement photographer or, failing that, refund all payments. My liability is limited to the total fees paid.
You receive a personal licence to print and share your final images for personal use. Copyright in all images stays with VCEVfoto. I may use selected images in my portfolio, website and social media unless you ask me in writing not to.
